摘  要:为探究烟叶和烟梗颗粒溶出效果及性质,实现烟叶和烟梗颗粒在造纸法再造烟叶加工过程中有效物质的最大保留,本文通过考察溶出条件对烟叶和烟梗颗粒溶出效果的影响,对比两者在溶出前后组分、热重、致香成分等方面的差异。结果表明:在40~80目、0~10 min、20~40℃、添加比例低的条件下,颗粒溶出速率最快;溶出后烟叶和烟梗颗粒的水溶性糖、总植物碱、氯等组分呈下降趋势,且随着溶出时间的延长而降低,各组分溶出量有一定差异;溶出前后的烟叶和烟梗颗粒分别经历了4个和5个温度范围接近的失重阶段,烟叶的第Ⅱ阶段的温度范围大致包含了烟梗颗粒的第Ⅱ、Ⅲ两个阶段,且每个阶段的残余质量低于烟梗,烟梗组分及热解过程比烟叶更为复杂;在溶出前后的烟叶和烟梗颗粒中分别检出69种和71种致香成分,且烟叶颗粒中的致香物质总量较高,其组分含量由多到少分别为酮类,醛类、醇类、杂环类、酸类、酯类、酚类,且每类致香成分溶出的速率有所不同。In order to explore the dissolution effect and properties of tobacco leaf and tobacco stem particles,and to achieve the maximum retention of effective substances in the production of paper-making process reconstituted tobacco,the effects of dissolution conditions on the dissolution effect of tobacco leaf and tobacco stem particles were investigated,and the changes of components,thermal weight loss behavior,and aroma components of tobacco leaf and tobacco stem particles before and after dissolution were compared and analyzed.The results showed that under the conditions of 40~80 mesh,0~10 min,20~40℃,and low addition ratio,the dissolution rate of particles was the fastest.The components of water-soluble sugars,total alkaloids,and chlorine of tobacco leaves and stalk particles showed a decreasing trend after dissolution,which deceased with the increasing dissolution time.In addition,there were some differences in the amount of each dissolved component.Before and after dissolution,the tobacco leaf and tobacco stem particles experienced four and five weightlessness stages with close temperature range,and the temperature range of the second stage of tobacco leaf roughly included the second and third stages of tobacco stem particles,and the residual mass of each stage was lower than that of tobacco stem,and the components and thermal decomposition process of tobacco stem were more complex than that of tobacco leaf.69 and 71 kinds of aroma components were retrieved from tobacco leaf and tobacco stem particles before and after dissolution,respectively,and the total amount of aroma components in tobacco leaf particles was higher than that in tobacco stem particles.The most aroma components in tobacco leaf and tobacco stem particles were ketones,followed by aldehydes,alcohols,heterocycles,acids,and esters,while phenols were the least.The dissolution rate of each type of aroma components was also different.
