摘　　要：高职院校学生在求职择业的过程中可能面临各种心理冲突而导致就业心理危机问题,严重影响大学生成长成才,也会影响家庭幸福与社会和谐,还会影响到学校的长远发展。如何解决这一问题是高职院校必须面临的课题。Students in higher vocational colleges may face various psychological conflicts during the process of job hunting and career selection,leading to a crisis in employment psychology.This not only seriously affects the students’growth and development but can also impact their family happiness and social harmony,and may even affect the long-term development of the school.How to solve this problem is a subject that higher vocational colleges must confront.
