摘 要:该文在分析“单一导师制”对药学本科毕业设计的影响及存在的主要问题的基础上,提出“双导师制”协同培养模式,用于药学本科毕业设计的指导.采用SPSS 18.0软件及“Z比分数法”对采用“单一导师制”和“双导师制”指导的各30名药学专业本科毕业设计进行实施效果分析与评价.结果表明:明确了“双导师制”的内涵、双导师的选择及实施措施、保障、监督机制及实施后的效果.与采用“单一导师制”比较,采用“双导师制”指导的毕业设计在内容方面,即选题与专业培养目标相符、综合专业知识的运用、实验设计合理性及数据详实性上较“单一导师制”得分高,且有统计学意义(P<0.05);在写作方面,即论证逻辑性与条理性、文理通畅性、文献查阅与引用上较“单一导师制”得分高,且有统计学意义(P<0.05);在答辩方面,即论文介绍流畅上较“单一导师制”得分高,且有统计学意义(P<0.05);在总分上较“单一导师制”得分高,且有统计学意义(P<0.05)“.Z比分数法”评价毕业设计总分,采用“单一导师制”,有2名学生的|Z|大于2;采用“双导师制”,所有学生的|Z|均小于2.因此,实施“双导师制”对本科毕业设计的选题、过程管理及毕业设计整体质量提升都会起到积极作用.In order to construct the collaborative training mode of"double tutorial system"for graduation design of pharmaceutical undergraduates and evaluate the implementation effect,The influence and the main problems of"single tutorial system"on pharmaceutical undergraduate graduation design were ana⁃lyzed,and the"double tutorial system"collaborative training mode was put forward to guide graduation design of pharmaceutical undergraduates.The implementation effects of 30 pharmaceutical undergraduate graduation designs of under the guidance of"single tutorial system"and"double tutorial system"were ana⁃lyzed and evaluated by using SPSS 18.0 software and"Z-score method".Results show the connotation of the"double tutorial system",the selection and implementation measures of the double tutor system,the guarantee and supervision mechanism and the effect after implementation.Compared with the"single tuto⁃rial system",the graduation design guided by the"double tutorial system"has the following advantages:In terms of content,that is,select topic is consistent with professional training objectives,comprehensive use of professional knowledge,reasonableness of experimental design and accuracy of data,the score is higher than that of the"single tutorial system",and has statistical significance(P<0.05);In terms of writ⁃ing,that is,logic and organization of argumentation,smoothness of literature and science,and access and citation of literature,the score is higher than that of the"single tutorial system",with statistical signifi⁃cance(P<0.05);In the aspect of defense,that is,the score of fluent introduction of thesis is higher than that of the"single tutorial system",and there is statistical significance(P<0.05);The total score was higher than that of"single tutorial system",and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The total score of graduation design evaluated by"Z-score method",|Z|of 2 papers with"single tutorial system"is greater than 2,but the|Z|of all papers adopting"double tutorial system"is less than 2.The resul
