初中生体育运动风险事故影响因素研究

摘　　要：为了解“双减”政策实施后初中生体育运动风险事故发生的影响因素,该文采用《中学生体育运动风险调查问卷》对300名初中生体育运动习惯和体育运动风险认知进行深入研究。结果表明:(1)初中生体育运动风险事故的发生率较高,且以个人主观疏忽原因为主;(2)初中生个体体质差异、运动认识、运动经验、运动风险态度、场地设施、运动项目特征、运动安全教育等是影响体育运动风险事故发生的重要因素。因此,初中生要端正运动态度,提高运动安全意识,学会自我保护;中学体育教育工作者应定期检查场地设施,结合运动项目特征对初中生开展运动安全教育。In order to understand the influence factors of sports risk accidents among junior high school students after the implementation of the double reduction policy,the"Sports Risk Questionnaire for Middle School Students"was used to conduct in-depth research on the sports habits and sports risk cognition of 300 junior high school students.The results showed that the incidence of sports risk accidents among junior high school students was relatively high and main reasons were personal subjective negligence,and that the difference of individual physical fitness,sports cognition,sports experience,sports risk attitude,venue facilities,sports project characteristics and sports safety education of junior high school students were important factors affecting the occurrence of sports risk accidents.Therefore,junior high school students should correct their sports attitude,improve their awareness of sports safety and learn to protect themselves,and physical educators in secondary schools should regularly inspect facilities and carry out sports safety education for junior high school students in combination with the characteristics of sports events.
