普通高校开设水中健身课程的设计与研究

摘　　要：水中健身是一项集健身、娱乐、休闲为一体的新兴的时尚运动,有着陆地健身运动不可比拟的优势。该文从介绍水中健身课程在我国的开设现状与面临困境出发,结合思政教育的理念,分析了水中健身课程的开设价值,提出将水中健身课引入综合性高校公共体育课程的设想,进而阐述了课程设计的理念、任务、教学内容与考评内容,并从场馆建设、师资队伍建设、教材建设、校园体育文化宣传等方面提出推广策略,旨在丰富和完善高校体育课程体系,满足学生对体育健身活动的多元化需求。Aqua fitness is an emerging fashion sport integrating fitness,entertainment and leisure,and it has the incomparable advantages of land fitness.Starting from the introduction of the offering status and difficulties of aqua fitness courses in China,combined with the idea of ideological and political education,this paper analyzes the offering value of aqua fitness courses,puts forward the idea of introducing aqua fitness courses into public physical education courses in comprehensive universities,then expounds the concept,task,teaching content and assessment content of course design,and puts forward promotion strategies from the aspects of the construction of venues,the construction of teachers,the construction of teaching materials,the propaganda of campus sports culture,etc.,aiming to enrich and improve the college physical education curriculum system to meet students'diversified needs for physical fitness activities.
