法国高校朋辈学业辅导的经验及启示

摘　　要：在法国,朋辈学业辅导包含入学欢迎辅导、陪伴式辅导和方法论辅导三种模式,覆盖高等教育所有阶段,取得了良好的实效。这为我国高校学业辅导提供了一定的借鉴与启示。我国高校应进一步完善规章制度,成立专门的机构,优化辅导内容,建立健全质量评估机制,深入推进大学生学业辅导工作。In France,peer academic counseling includes three models:orientation counseling,accompanying counseling and methodological counseling,covering all stages of higher education and having achieved good results.This provides some reference and inspiration for academic counseling in China’s colleges and universities.Colleges and universities in China should further improve the rules and regulations,set up special institutions,optimize the counseling content,and establish a sound quality assessment mechanism to further promote the academic counseling of college students.
