摘 要:学习胜任力发展已经突显为人工智能时代促进学生自由全面且可持续发展的核心主题。基于文化哲学胜任力发展视角,人工智能时代的学习进化论悄然生成了。学生如何识知的认知胜任力学习本体论,从主体胜任力到交往胜任力走向文化胜任力,澄明了学习建构力、学习迁移力和学习内动力构成学生“会学”综合能力。学生何以识知的元认知胜任力学习认识论,由主体性到主体间性跃进他者性,整合了学习自觉力、学习自主力和学习共为力构成学生“善学”综合能力。学生为何识知的态度胜任力学习价值论,自工具理性到交往理性通达关系理性,融会了学习理念力、学习情感力和学习品质力构成学生“志学”综合能力。认知胜任力、元认知胜任力和态度胜任力相辅相成持续演进,展现了人工智能时代学习胜任力发展本体论、认识论、价值论和方法论统一的学生“学以成人”学习进化论新视野。The development of learning competence has been highlighted as the critical theme of promoting learners’free,comprehensive and sustainable development in the age of artificial intelligence.From the theoretical perspective of cultural philosophy in competence development,the learning evolution in the era of artificial intelligence is quietly emerging.The learning ontology of cognitive competence of learners how to knowing,from subjective competence to communicative competence to cultural competence,manifests that learners’“learning to learn”comprehensive ability is composed of learning construction,learning transfer and learning intra-action.The learning epistemology of metacognitive competence of learners by what to knowing,from subjectivity to inter-subjectivity to otherness,integrates that learners’“good at learning”comprehensive ability is consist of learning self-consciousness,learning autonomy and learning community.The learning axiology of attitudinal competence of learners why to knowing,from instrumental rationality to communicative rationality to relational rationality,blends that learners’“will to learn”comprehensive ability is constitute by learning idea,learning affection and learning approaches.Cognitive competence,metacognitive competence and attitudinal competence are trinity and continuously evolving,jointly opening up a new learning evolutionary perspective of ontology-epistemology-axiology-methodology unified“Learning to be Human”of learning competence development in the era of artificial intelligence.
