摘 要:研究旨在比较不同种类淀粉酶和产淀粉酶乳酸菌对肉鸡饲粮淀粉利用效果的影响。试验将560只4日龄健康AA肉鸡公雏分为5个处理,每个处理8个重复,每个重复14只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组为基础饲粮分别添加600 U/kgα-淀粉酶、100 U/kg普鲁兰酶、1000 U/kg糖化酶和2×10^(9)CFU/L产淀粉酶乳酸菌(LAB1)。试验期为18 d,测定指标包括生长性能、淀粉利用率、消化酶活性、消化器官指数、血清生化指标及营养物质转运载体表达等。结果表明:添加产淀粉酶乳酸菌(LAB1)能够显著降低肉鸡采食量并降低料重比(P<0.05),但日粮中添加不同种类淀粉酶对肉鸡的生长性能没有显著影响(P>0.05)。添加α-淀粉酶会显著降低肉鸡空肠黏膜麦芽糖酶活性(P<0.05);添加普鲁兰酶会显著降低肉鸡空肠总淀粉消化率和支链淀粉消化率(P<0.05),并显著提高回肠SGLT1基因表达量(P<0.05)。添加糖化酶会显著降低肉鸡空肠总淀粉消化率和支链淀粉消化率(P<0.05),降低肉鸡空肠黏膜麦芽糖酶活性(P<0.05),但会显著提高回肠SGLT1、B0AT1、EAAT3和y+LAT1基因表达量(P<0.05)。添加产淀粉酶乳酸菌提高回肠抗性淀粉消化率(P<0.05),增加肌胃和肝脏的相对重量,显著提高空肠SGLT1基因表达量及回肠B0AT1和EAAT3基因表达量(P<0.05)。综上所述,添加产淀粉酶乳酸菌(LAB1)通过提高回肠抗性淀粉消化率,增加肌胃和肝脏的相对重量,上调葡萄糖转运载体及氨基酸转运载体等,改善了21日龄肉鸡的饲料转化效率,可以开发成新型饲料添加剂。This study was conducted to compare the effects of different amylase and amylase-producing Lactobacillus on dietary starch utilization of broilers.A total of 5604-day-old healthy male AA broilers were divided into 5 treatments with 8 replicates per treatment and 14 broilers per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,and the experimental groups were fed a basal diet supplemented with 600 U/kgα-amylase,100 U/kg pullulanase,1000 U/kg glucoamylase and 2×10^(9) CFU/L amylase-producing Lacto⁃bacillus(LAB1),respectively.The experiment lasted for 18 days,and the measured indexes included growth performance,starch utilization,digestive enzyme activity,digestive organ index,serum biochemi⁃cal indexes and nutrient transporter expression.The results showed that adding amylase-producing Lacto⁃bacillus(LAB1)could significantly reduce feed intake and F/G of broilers(P<0.05),and adding different kinds of amylase in diets had no significant effects on growth performance of broilers(P>0.05).Addingα-amylase significantly decreased the maltozyme activity of jejunal mucosa of broilers(P<0.05);supplementation of pullulanase significantly de⁃creased the digestibility of total starch and amylo⁃pectin in jejunum of broilers(P<0.05),and significantly increased the expression level of SGLT1 gene in ileum of broilers(P<0.05).The addition of glu⁃coamylase significantly decreased the digestibility of total starch and amylopectin in jejunum of broilers(P<0.05),and decreased the maltose enzyme activity in jejunum mucosa of broilers(P<0.05),however it significantly increased the gene expression level of SGLT1,B0AT1,EAAT3 and y+LAT1 in ileum of broil⁃ers(P<0.05).Adding amylase-producing Lactobacillus increased the digestibility of resistant starch in ile⁃um(P<0.05),increased the relative weight of muscle stomach and liver,and significantly increased the gene expression levels of SGLT1 in jejunum and B0AT1 and EAAT3 in ileum(P<0.05).In conclusion,the addition of amylase-producing Lactobacillus(LAB1)can improve the feed
