摘 要:目的:探讨PBL结合翻转课堂教学在定向医学生实习教学伤口缝合中的设计和教学效果。方法:选取重庆医科大学第五临床学院定向医学实习生36例,分为试验组及对照组。试验组采用PBL+翻转课堂教学模式;对照组采用基于传统授课的LBL教学模式。实习结束后发放教学调查问卷,收集学生对基于PBL和翻转课堂的新教学模式的认知与反馈,对比两组学生的技能操作考试成绩。结果:88.89%的学生对于参加PBL结合翻转课堂教学模式满意及非常满意;94.44%的学生认为PBL结合翻转课堂教学更容易理解伤口缝合;66.67%的学生认为PBL结合翻转课堂教学模式更有效提高解决临床问题的能力;77.78%的学生认为PBL结合翻转课堂教学模式可以有效提高团队协作能力。试验组的参与兴趣、参与度、解决问题能力的VAS评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL结合翻转课堂教学模式较基于传统授课的教学模式在伤口缝合的教学中更能够有效调动学生的上课积极性,能有效促进定向医学生理解临床操作,提高解决临床问题的能力、表达能力及团队协作能力,适合在定向医学生的实习阶段培养中使用。Objective:This study was designed to explore the clinical teaching effect of PBL combined with flipped classroom method in wound closure teaching for target admission medical students.Methods:Thirty-six target admission medical students from the Fifth Clinical College of Chongqing Medical University were selected.The experimental group used PBL combined with flipped classroom method and control group used the traditional LBL teaching method.At the end of this round of practice,a teaching questionnaire was distributed to collect students'cognition and feedback on PBL combined with flipped classroom teaching method,and the scores of practical operation tests of the two groups of students were compared.Results:88.89%of the students are satisfied with PBL combined with flipped classroom teaching method.94.44%of the students thought it was easier to understand wound closure in PBL combined with flipped classroom teaching.77.78%of the students believed that PBL combined with flipped classroom teaching method could effectively improve teamwork ability.VAS scores of participation interest,participation and problem-solving ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:In the teaching of wound closure,compared with lecture-based teaching method,PBL combined with flipped classroom teaching method can more effectively stimulate students'enthusiasm,help them have a better understanding of practical operation and can also improve clinical problem solving ability,presentation ability and teamwork ability.
