摘 要:基于对南京5所高校1110份助学调查数据,运用最优尺度回归模型实证研究受助学生需要与高校助学满意度情况,重点考察受助学生对高校的服务效能、受助资金额度、人的成长和社会生态环境等方面的满意度。调研数据表明,受助学生需要对高校助学的满意度均值为2.87,大于均值2.5,总体满意。但在13个变量测量中有4个指标未达均值,部分环节满意度较低。研究结果表明:受助学生对高校助学的满意度为中上水平;服务效能、资金额度、社会生态环境对助学政策满意度呈显著影响,具有重要预测作用;助学工作在服务水平、资助额度、社会助学氛围营造等方面仍需加强;人的成长对高校助学满意度影响不显著。科学剖析高校助学满意度的影响因素,有利于实现“以生为本、资助育人”的高校助学目标,对解决高校助学实践中出现的新问题、新情况具有重要意义。This paper,based on the survey data of 1,110 aided students from 5 universities in Nanjing,makes an empirical study on the needs of the aided students and their satisfaction with the aid by using the optimal scale regression model,focusing on the satisfaction in service efficiency,funding amount,human growth and social ecological environment.The survey data shows that the average satisfaction value of the aided students is 2.87,which is greater than the average value of 2.5,indicating their overall satisfaction.However,in the measurement of 13 variables,4 indicators does not reach the average value,and the satisfaction in some links is low.It is concluded that the satisfaction of the aided students with the aid for learning of colleges and universities is at the upper-middle level.It is manifested that service efficiency,funding amount,and social ecological environment have a significant impact on the aided students’satisfaction with the student aid policies,which plays an important predictive role,but the service level still needs to be improved,the funding amount needs to be increased and the social atmosphere of the aid for learning needs to be created.One’s growth has no significant impact on the satisfaction of the aided college students.A scientific analysis of the influencing factors of the aided students’satisfaction is conducive to the realization of“people-oriented,education-subsidized”goal of the aid for learning in colleges and universities,and is of great significance to solving new problems and new situations in the practice of the aid for learning.
