高校化学实验室绿色化管理与教学改革

摘　　要：高校化学实验室是师生进行实验教学和科研的重要场所,实验室的三废(废液、废气、废渣)必须规范处理。在高校强化化学实验室“三废”绿色化处理,建设绿色化学实验室迫在眉睫,不仅可以促进实验教学改革且有利于化学这门学科的长期发展。文章分析了高校化学实验室污染环境的主要原因:如在思想上认识不到位和资金投入有限、本科实验教材及研究生科研实验设计不合理等。通过建立健全实验室规章制度、减少“三废”的产生等加强实验室管理;通过优化实验内容,改进实验方法;设计综合性化学实验;积极开展微型实验项目;合理应用计算机模拟仿真实验等措施来优化实验教学体系,从而探讨如何实现实验室管理和实验教学过程绿色化。University chemical laboratory is an important place for teachers and students to do experimental teachingand scientific research.but the standardized treatment of laboratory,three wastes(liquid waste,waste gas,waste residue)is still a big problem.It is urgent to strengthen the green treatment of“three wastes”in chemical laboratory in university and build green chemical laboratory,which can not only promote experimental teaching but also benefit the long-term development of chemistry.In this paper,the main causes of environmental pollution in chemical laboratory of university are:the ideological understandingis not in place,capital investment is limited,the design of undergraduate experimental textbooks and graduate research experiments is unreasonable.To establish and improve laboratory regulations,to reduce the occurrence of“three wastes”,to strengthen laboratory management,we should optimize the experiment content,improve the experiment method by designing comprehensive chemical experiments,carrying out micro-experiment projects actively,using computer simulation experiment reasonably in order to optimize experiment teaching system.We also discuss how to carry out the construction and management of green chemical laboratory and experiment teaching process in university.
