摘  要:针对某火炮药协调器的动作可靠性分析问题,在考虑协调臂柔性和运动副间隙的条件下,建立参数化的药协调器刚柔耦合动力学模型和控制模型。基于随机惯性权重的粒子群算法,将一次协调运动中的区间不确定性参数视为定值,通过试验数据对系统参数进行辨识,验证了药协调器仿真模型的准确性。采用蒙特卡洛方法,分析了某火炮药协调器在两种满载工况下的可靠性。结果表明:协调角度30°和60°时的可靠度分别为99.8%和99.9%,总体失效概率较小,调姿轴转动副和电缸支座转动副的间隙大小分别对这两种工况下的动作可靠性影响较大。Aiming at the action reliability analysis of an ammunition coordinator,a parameterized rigid-flexible coupling dynamic and control model of an ammunition coordinator was established conside-ring the flexibility of the coordination arm and the clearance in revolute pair.Based on the particle swarm algorithm with stochastic inertia weight,interval uncertainty parameters can be regarded as constant value in a coordinated motion,system parameters can be identified according to test data and the accuracy of the ammunition coordinator co-simulation model can be verified.The reliability of an ammunition coordinator was analysed under two full load conditions by using Monte Carlo.The results show that the reliability is 99.8%and 99.9%respectively when the coordination angle is 30°and 60°,and overall failure probability is small.The clearance in revolute pair of attitude adjusting shaft and electric cylinder support has a great influence on the action reliability under these two conditions.
