红色文化融入高职院校红色社团建设的实践研究——以江苏联合职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：“红色社团”是我国所特有的,对高校内理论学习型社团的专门称呼,是学生自发组织学习马克思主义原理及习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的一种形式。由于红色社团具有强大的育人功能,所以逐渐成为高校开展“三全育人”实践活动的重要载体。该文旨在通过研究红色社团的发展过程,分析红色社团特有的育人功能,并在五年制高职院校中实际建设和培育具有地域红色文化特色的红色社团——“星火研学社”,充分总结在社团建设过程中遇到的问题和解决思路,为五年制高职院校提供红色社团建设方面具有参考价值的建设途径,为地域红色文化与校园社团发展深度融合提供可借鉴的思路方法。The red club is a special name for the theoretical learning society in colleges and universities,which is unique to our country.It is a form of students'spontaneous organization to learn Marxist principles and the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Due to its powerful educational function,red clubs have gradually become an important carrier for universities to carry out practical activities of"three comprehensive education".This article aims to study the development process of red clubs,analyze the unique educational functions of red clubs,and actually build and cultivate a red club with regional red cultural characteristics in five-year vocational colleges—"Xinghuo Research Society".It fully summarizes the problems and solutions encountered in the club construction process,provides a valuable reference for the construction of red clubs in five-year vocational colleges,and provides valuable ideas and methods for the deep integration of regional red culture and campus club development.
