摘 要:跨文化适应包括社会文化适应和心理适应两部分,来华留学生群体心理适应问题仍然是一个尚未被充分研究的领域。该研究基于Berry的压力应对模型,以南京审计大学来华留学生为例,试图对来华留学新生的跨文化适应心理动态进行为期一学期的追踪分析,了解不同国家、性别、年龄、不同学历层次来华留学生心理适应状态的差别及共性,并尝试对来华留学生的跨文化适应心理动态的差异进行归类、归因,分析其背后的具体因素,构建来华留学生跨文化心理适应模型,从心理适应角度为来华留学新生提供有效指导,以期帮助来华留学生以积极的心理状态适应在华期间的学习生活,完善其心理健康保障体系构建。Cross-cultural adaptation includes both socio-cultural adaptation and psychological adaptation.However,the psychological adaptation of the international student group in China is still an under-researched area.Based on Berry's stress coping model,this study attempted to track the psychological dynamics of cross-cultural adjustment of international freshmen at Nanjing Audit University for one semester and compare the differences and similarities in the psychological adaptation of international students from different countries,genders,ages and educational backgrounds.In this way,the study tries to categorize and attribute the differences in the psychological dynamics of cross-cultural adaptation of international freshmen,analyze the specific contributing factors behind them,construct a model of cross-cultural psychological adaptation of international students,so as to provide effective guidance for international new students from the perspective of psychological adaptation,help international students to start their academic life in China with positive psychological state,and improve the guarantee system of psychological health of international students.
