摘　　要：高等学校是国家培养和储备人才的重要基地和主战场,关系国之根本大计;育人是高校的中心任务,教师则是高校育人的主体,是教学实践全过程的主导因素。“做有研究的本科教学”代表着本科教育的发展方向,也是新时代对高校教师开展教学实践活动的必然要求。笔者根据多年的科研和教学实践经历,以《药物化学》降血糖药物为例,从研究教材、研究课堂、研究教学对象(学生)等几个方面浅议高校教师应当如何“做有研究的本科教学”。Colleges and universities are important bases and main battlefields to cultivate and reserve talents for the country,which is closely related to the fundamental plan of the country.Education is the central task of colleges and universities,while teachers are the main body of education and the leading factor in the whole process of teaching practice.“Undergraduate teaching with research”represents the development direction of undergraduate education,and is also an inevitable requirement for college teachers to carry out teaching practice in the new era.Based on years of experience in scientific research and teaching,the authors take the hypoglycemic drugs in medicinal chemistry as an example to discuss how college teachers to accomplish“undergraduate teaching with research”from the aspects of researching on teaching materials,researching on teaching classes,and researching on teaching objects etc.
