摘 要:“现代材料分析方法”是材料与化工大类核心课程,实验教学所涉及大仪设备存在售价昂贵、台套数少、后期维护成本高等不足,所开设的往往是演示实验,出现了学生参与度低、教学内容受限等问题。本文通过结合虚拟仿真技术和实操,开展了X射线衍射仪虚实结合仿真实验教学的探索和实践。学生通过虚拟仿真软件练习和训练,掌握操作流程及注意事项,更好地理解其工作原理,缩短学生与贵重仪器的心理距离,提升实操的信心、效果及安全性。然后通过现场实操,进一步理解和掌握虚拟仿真所学到的知识点。“Modern Material Analysis Method”is the core course of materials and chemical engineering majors.The large instrument equipment involved in the experimental teaching process is expensive,the number of sets is small,and the cost of late maintenance is high.The demonstration experiments are often offered,and there are problems such as low student participation and limited teaching content,leading to unsatisfactory teaching effect.Through the combination of virtual simulation technology and practical operation,this paper carries out the exploration and practice of virtual and real simulation experiment teaching of X-ray diffractometer.Through virtual simulation software practice and training,students can master the operation process and precautions of X-ray diffractometer,better understand its working principle,shorten the psychological distance between students and valuable instruments,and improve the confidence,effect and safety of practical operation.Then through the field practice,further understand and grasp the knowledge points learned by virtual simulation,achieve the ideal teaching effect.
