摘 要:为探究芍药Paeonialactiflora不同品种间茎、叶总酚含量和抗氧化活性的差异,以16个芍药品种茎、叶为材料,对其总酚含量及抗氧化活性进行测定,采用APC指数综合评价其抗氧化能力。结果表明,不同芍药品种茎、叶总酚含量及抗氧化活性均差异较大,叶的总酚含量及抗氧化活性均远高于茎;APC指数显示,茎抗氧化能力较强的品种为‘少女妆’‘巧玲’‘老来红’,叶抗氧化能力较强的品种为‘巧玲’‘少女妆’‘老来红’‘仙鹤白’;3种方法测得的茎叶抗氧化活性、APC指数及总酚含量两两之间均呈显著相关。该研究结果证实芍药叶片具有良好的体外抗氧化活性,其物质基础为酚类物质,筛选出抗氧化能力较强的4个芍药品种可作为潜在天然抗氧化剂资源进一步开发。In order to explore the difference of total phenol contents and antioxidant activities in stems and leaves of different cultivars of Paeonia lactiflora,16 cultivars were collected,and their antioxidant abilities were comprehensively evaluated by APC index.The results showed that the total phenol contents and antioxidant activities in the stems and leaves of different cultivars of P.lactiflora were significantly different,and the total phenol contents and antioxidant activities in the leaves were much higher than those in the stems.APC index showed that the cultivars with strong antioxidant capacity of stems were‘Shaonvzhuang’,‘Qiaoling’,‘Laolaihong’,and the varieties with strong antioxidant capacity of leaves were‘Qiaoling',‘Shaonvzhuang’,‘Laolaihong’,and‘Xianhebai’.The antioxidant activities of stems and leaves measured by three methods,APC index and total phenol content were significantly correlated.This study had proved that the leaves of P.lactiflora had good antioxidant activities in vitro based on abundant phenolic substances.Four varieties of P.lactiflora with strong antioxidant ability had been screened,which be further developed and utilized as potential natural antioxidant resources.
