摘 要:根据新型钢轨打磨车车体结构设计要求,采用简支梁理论和有限元方法,从减小车体质量、提高车体结构刚度和强度的角度出发,对车体底架边梁进行了优化设计。通过对车体底架工字型边梁的可变参数优化分析可知,优化后的边梁质量减小了8%,垂向静载荷下的车体挠度减小了5%,各载荷工况下的车体结构应力略有增大,最高增大了3.5%,但仍满足强度要求。Based on design requirements of carbody structures of new type rail grinding vehicles,theory of simple supported beam and finite element method are adopted to optimize the design for side sills at underframes of carbody in term of reduced carbody weight,improved rigidity and strength of carbody structures.Analysis of optimized variable parameters for the I-shaped side sills at underframes of carbody has been performed to indicate the weight of side sills after optimization is reduced by 8%,carbody deflection under vertical static loads is reduced by 5%,and structural stress on carbody under various loads is slightly increased,maximum by 3.5%.However,strength requirement can still be satisfied.
