摘 要:苏霍姆林斯基的教师创造性劳动观是基于人学思想的创造性劳动观,主张把理论性的原理体现到活生生的思想和情感中,重视蕴含在知识世界中的情感因素,善于关照学生的内心世界。这种创造性劳动不仅是个人和集体一起努力的成果,更能促进学生思维水平和对生命体验感的统一。苏霍姆林斯基的教师创造性劳动观具有研究性、预见性、集体性及反思性的基本特征,对其进行研究不仅有利于强化教师的敬业精神,丰富教师的精神世界,也可为当今教师教育提供启示。具体来说,应秉持教育之初心,激发教师的主动创造性;提升教师的预见能力,激起教师的教学机智;发挥教师的集体智慧,组建教学研究共同体;提高教师的反思意识,推动教师的专业成长。Sukhomlinsky′s view of teachers′ creative labor is creative labor based on the thought of human studies,advocating the embodiment of theoretical principles into living thoughts and emotions,paying attention to the emotional factors embedded in the world of knowledge,and taking good care of the inner world of students.This creative work is not only the result of individual and collective efforts,but more importantly,it stimulates the level of thinking and the unity of the students′ sense of life experience.Sukhomirinsky′s view of creative work has the core elements of research,foresight,collectivity and reflection.Exploring Sukhomlinsky′s view of creative work not only helps strengthen teachers′ dedication and enrich their spiritual world,but also provides inspiration for today′s teacher education:to uphold the original intention of education and stimulate teachers′ active creativity;to enhance teaching foresight and stimulate teachers′ teaching resourcefulness;to give full play to teachers′ collective wisdom and form a teaching research community;to improve teachers′ reflective consciousness and promote teachers′ professional growth.
