摘  要:人才培养的OBE理念是从教学过程、课程建设、课堂改革入手,以学生为中心,产出为导向,持续改进教学质量的创新理念。结合建设世界一流大学和一流学科、增强原始创新能力的历史使命,每所高校都面临教育改革的全新挑战。实验实践教学是当代高水平、创新型人才培养过程中的关键环节,结合设计类专业的实践培养特征,基于OBE理念指导,通过切实有效的改革方案,调整传统教学模式,优化实验项目内容,激发学生的专业兴趣和自主创新能力,使高校创新实践教育更好地服务于社会经济发展。The OBE concept of talent training regard the teaching process,curriculum construction and classroom reform as means of student-centered,output oriented,and continuous improvement of teaching quality.It is the historical mission of every university to build first-rate university and discipline by the new challenge of education reform.Experimental practice teaching is a key link in the process of cultivating highlevel and innovative talents.This paper based on OBE concept,combined with the practical training characteristics of design specialty,stimulate students' professional interest and independent innovation ability through some effective reform program,such as adjust the traditional teaching mode and optimize the content of experimental projects.It will promote the innovation and practice education in colleges and universities that serve the social and economic development better.
