摘 要:基于“学习共同体”理论下积极引导高校寝室成员形成并固化团队合作意识,分析寝室合作对学习的影响效应。采用追踪研究法,以师范专业6个寝室成员为被试,追踪记录寝室团体合作学习的次数与在校大二、大三、大四3年的专业课成绩排名,分析师范生专业课排名与寝室合作学习情况的相关性;记录大四寝室团队合作、招考情况,分析寝室合作对教师招聘考试的积极效应;收集学生工作3年联系次数及其职业发展情况,探索寝室合作的延续性及其影响。结果发现,实验组无论在学习名次、招考录取率、工作后的表现都优于对照组;同时,寝室合作次数会影响学习成绩;探索寝室合作对师范生职前培养的积极效应和职后的增值拓展效应。This study predicates itself on the Learning Community Theory and offers constructive guidance on forming and consolidating teamwork awareness among university dormmates,as well as analyzes the impact of dormitory cooperation on learning.Longitudinal research approaches were adopted herein,taking six pedagogy-major dormitory residents as subjects.The number of times cooperative group learning held within the dormitory and their positions in the major course standing from the sophomore through senior years were tracked and recorded to analyze the correlation between major course ranking and intra-dormitory cooperative learning.On a similar note,intra-dormitory group cooperation during the senior year and outcomes of teacher recruitment examination were documented to investigate how the former can positively influence the latter.Lastly,the frequency of contacts made by these former dormmates three years into their teaching careers,as well as their respective career development conditions were collected to explore the continuity/lasting impact of dormitory cooperation.The findings show that the experimental group performs better than the control group in terms of academic ranking,recruitment admission rate,and performance at respective workplaces.Furthermore,the frequency of intra-dormitory cooperation also proves to affect academic performance.To conclude,this study has successfully presented an exploration of the constructive effects of intra-dormitory cooperation on pre-career cultivation as pedagogy-major students and value-added effects on career expansion down the line.
