高校加强“双碳”师资队伍建设的思路和对策研究

摘　　要：我国“3060”“双碳”政策的提出为高校师资队伍建设带来了新挑战。加强“双碳”师资队伍建设不仅是高校改革和发展的一项紧迫任务,还是服务国家“双碳”战略的必然要求。近年来,尽管高校“双碳”师资队伍整体水平显著提高,但依然存在“双碳”领域师资短缺、交叉学科资源整合不足、考核体系有待完善等问题。高校应制订适合学校发展的“双碳”师资队伍建设规划,大力引进相关学科人才、加强已有师资力量的培育与引导、加快构建合理完善的考核评价体系,从而全面提高高校“双碳”师资队伍建设水平。The proposal of“3060”dual carbon policy in China has brought new challenges to the construction of university faculty.It is not only an urgent task for the reform and development of colleges and universities,but also an inevitable requirement to serve the national“dual carbon”strategy.In recent years,although the overall level of“double carbon”teachers in colleges and universities has been significantly developed and improved,there are still problems such as shortage of teachers in“double carbon”field,insufficient integration of cross-disciplinary resources and assessment system to be improved.This study proposes that colleges and universities should make a plan for the construction of“double carbon”faculty that is suitable for the development of the university,vigorously introduce talents from related disciplines,strengthen the cultivation and guidance of existing faculty,and accelerate the construction of complete assessment to comprehensively improve the level of the construction of“double carbon”faculty in colleges and universities.
