摘 要:当前,高年级本科生由于多种原因无心课堂学习,课堂教学效果不佳已成为重要的共性问题。以消防工程专业为例,阐述了近年来以课堂教学方法改革为突破口开展的教学实践和探索。在课堂教学中,始终贯彻“以学生为主体”的理念,与学生建立互相尊重、平等的关系,并在此基础上采用情景模拟、翻转课堂、角色扮演等教学方法。通过改革,激发学生的学习兴趣、串联零散知识点、提高学生的综合能力,满足了学生个性化的成长需求,培养了学生的职业认同感。问卷调查结果显示,课程教学改革取得了良好的教学效果。At present,for many reasons,senior undergraduate students show no interest to learn in class,and the poor effectiveness of classroom teaching has become an important common problem.Taking fire engineering major as an example,this paper presents the author’s teaching practice and exploration in recent years by taking classroom teaching method reform as a breakthrough.In classroom teaching,we always implement the concept of“students as the main body”and establish a relationship of mutual respect and equal treatment with students.On this basis,we adopt teaching methods such as scene simulation,flipped classroom,and role playing.These reforms attract students’interest in learning,connect scattered knowledge points,improve students’comprehensive ability,meet students’individualized growth needs,and cultivate students’sense of professional identity.The results of questionnaire survey show that the curriculum teaching reform adopted by the author is successful and has achieved good teaching effect.
