摘 要:以“酒店运营管理”课程为例探索教学创新路径过程,通过梳理酒店管理专业和具体课程的培养目标,基于OBE教学理念和学情分析,针对学生的学习痛点进行教学反思,探索教学创新思路。采用真实业务模块集成导向下的教学内容重构创新,基于重大活动服务保障的沉浸式思政教学案例创新,项目导向、知行合一、协作活动等教学方法创新,“线上学生互评+线下教师评价+企业专家评价+创新思维评价”四位一体多元化评价创新,解决“酒店运营管理”课程的教学创新瓶颈。The course of Hotel Operation Management is taken as an example to explore the process of teaching innovation.Through sorting out the teaching objectives of hotel management major and specific courses,based on OBE teaching philosophy and student analysis,teaching reflection is conducted to explore teaching innovation ideas for students’pain points of learning.Adopt the innovation of teaching content reconstruction under the guidance of real business module integration,and the innovation of immersive ideological and political teaching cases based on the service of major activities and events;Realize project oriented,unity of knowledge and practice,collaborative activities and other teaching methods innovation and the“online student mutual evaluation,offline teacher evaluation,enterprise expert evaluation and innovative thinking evaluation”four in one diversified evaluation innovation,solving the teaching innovation bottleneck of Hotel Operation Management course.
