摘 要:在线教学为康复医学住院医师规范化培训提供了新的教学模式,但如何提高教学质量及学生的临床实践能力,仍是教师及教学基地需要思考、改进的问题。采用问卷的方式,收集2020年3月至2022年3月期间,康复医学科住培以及进行轮转学习的住院医师,采取不记名的形式进行likert满意度调查。对影响教学满意度的相关内容使用皮尔逊相关系数进行分析,发现在线教学可以在现场教学条件受限的情况下保持教学满意度,但教学内容质量仍是影响教学满意度的重要因素。因此,结合自身体会,提高住院医师规范化培训教学质量,可从以下几个方面着手:精选教学内容、加强师资队伍建设、线上线下教学方式结合、考核形式多元化、教学实践成果量化等。Online teaching provides a new teaching mode for standardized training of rehabilitation medicine residents,but how to improve the teaching quality and the clinical practice ability of students is still a problem that teachers and teaching institutions need to think about and deal with.This article uses a questionnaire to conduct a Likert satisfaction survey in an anonymous form,targeting the residents who have undergone rotation learning in the department and rehabilitation medicine department from March 2020 to March 2022.Pearson correlation coefficient is used to analyze the relevant content that affects the satisfaction of teaching.It is found that online teaching can maintain teaching satisfaction under the condition of limited on-site teaching conditions,but the quality of teaching content is still an important factor affecting teaching satisfaction.Therefore,based on personal teaching experience,in order to improve the teaching quality of standardized training for residents,it is recommended to start from the following aspects:selecting teaching content,strengthening the construction of the teaching team,combining online and offline teaching methods,diversifying assessment methods,and quantifying teaching practice results.
