摘 要:探讨CBL教学结合模拟诊疗在“中医儿科学”本科生见习教学中的应用效果。选择湖南中医药大学2018级全日制本科2个教学班级,分为对照组(A班,68人)和实验组(B班,72人),对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采用CBL教学法结合模拟诊疗教学模式。通过研究,实验组“中医儿科学”期末考试成绩明显高于对照组(p<0.05)。两组学生临床思维能力考核成绩均较见习前提高(p<0.05或p<0.01),且实验组学生临床思维能力评价明显高于对照组(p<0.05)。此外,实验组学生对教学总体满意度高于对照组(p<0.05)。CBL教学结合模拟诊疗能明显提高“中医儿科学”本科生见习教学质量,是一种值得借鉴的教学方法。To explore the application effect of CBL teaching combined with simulated diagnosis and treatment in TCM pediatrics undergraduate probation teaching,two full-time undergraduate classes of 2018 in Hunan University of Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into control group(Class A,68 students)and experimental group(Class B,72 students).The traditional teaching mode was adopted in the control group,while the teaching mode of CBL combined with simulated diagnosis and treatment was adopted in the experimental group.The final examination score of TCM pediatrics in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(p<0.05).The test scores of clinical thinking ability of students in both groups were improved compared with those before internship(p<0.05 or p<0.01),and the evaluation of clinical thinking ability of students in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(p<0.05).In addition,the overall satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(p<0.05).It Shows that CBL teaching combined with simulated diagnosis and treatment can obviously improve the teaching quality of TCM pediatrics undergraduate probation,and it is a teaching method worthy of reference.
