摘  要:为适应新时代对劳动教育提出的新要求,以高职院校大学生的劳动价值观培养为导向,从大学生的劳动素养研究现状出发,结合产业劳动力的劳动价值观调研结果,完善构建职业院校劳动教育改革体系。运用文献查阅法,通过分层抽样进行深度访谈并设计结构化调查问卷,对3 955名高职学生进行大样本调研,了解目前高职院校大学生的劳动素养现状和对劳动教育体系的构建愿景等,同时线下选取典型产业的7位劳动者进行实地访谈,线上邀请299名劳动者填写问卷,深入了解劳动力生存情况和劳动价值观等。对高职院校学生群体开展以劳动价值观为导向的劳动教育改革实践,为人才培养路径探索提供依据。In order to meet the new requirements of the new era for labor education,the article is guided by the cultivation of the labor values of vocational college students.Starting from the research on the current situation of college students’labor literacy,combined with the survey results of the labor values of industrial labor,the article improves and constructs the reform system of labor education in vocational colleges.Using the literature review method,in-depth interviews were conducted through stratified sampling and structured questionnaires were designed.A large sample survey was conducted on 3955 vocational college students to understand the current situation of vocational college students’labor literacy and their vision for the construction of the labor education system.At the same time,7 workers from typical industries were selected offline for field interviews,and 299 workers were invited online to fill in the questionnaire to deeply understand the labor living situation and labor values.Labor education reform practice can be carried out based on labor values for vocational college students,which will provide a basis for exploring the path of talent training.
