摘 要:构建校企联评体系是幼师教育产教融合的必然要求。“一核六维五环节”校企联评体系紧扣“教学质量”这一核心,以幼师语言表演教学为监评对象,从五个环节对六个维度进行全程联评和诊改,可以实现校企深度互通互融,促进学生学用一体、育训结合的集约化发展,进一步提升校企联合育人成效。The construction of a school-enterprise joint evaluation system is an inevitable requirement for the integration of industry and education in preschool teacher education.The“one-core,six-dimensions,and five-links”school-enterprise joint evaluation system closely adheres to the core of“teaching quality”,with the language performance teaching of preschool teachers as the monitoring object,and carries out comprehensive joint evaluation and reform from five links to six dimensions.This can achieve deep communication and integration between schools and enterprises,promote the intensive development of students’learning and application integration,and education and training integration so as to further enhance the effectiveness of school-enterprise joint education.
