研究生导师队伍绩效考核研究的可视化图谱分析

摘　　要：以中国知网(CNKI)数据库中收录的CSSCD来源期刊和核心期刊为数据来源,将研究生导师队伍绩效考核评价作为研究对象,查到相关研究文献量在2019年达到了最高21篇,对近20年研究生导师文献进行分析对比,通过可视化软件生成高频主题词、学科和机构分布的图谱分析,发现:(一)在时间节点上,依据政策出台论文发表数量逐年有提高;(二)在研究主题上,科研水平转向人才培养;(三)在研究方法上,问卷访谈形式较多;(四)在文献来源上,“双一流”高校更加重视导师考核;(五)从被引论文上,培养质量是绩效考核的关键。Taking the CSSCD source journals and core journals included in the CNKI database as the data source,and the performance evaluation of postgraduate supervisors as the research object,we found that the amount of the relevant research literature reaches the maximum of 21 articles in 2019.Through analyzing and comparison of the relative literature in the past 20 years,this paper generated the map of the distribution of high-frequency subject words,disciplines and institutions by the visualization software.The findings are as follows:(1)in terms of time node,the number of papers published according to policy’s introduction has increased year by year;(2)in terms of research theme,the level of scientific research has shifted to the cultivation of talents;(3)in terms of research methodology,more questionnaires and interviews have been conducted;(4)in terms of the source of those literature,the“Double First-Class”universities have paid more attention to the evaluation of the supervisors;(5)in terms of citation,the quality of cultivation is the key to performance evaluation.
