摘　　要：该文通过调查国内外皮肤性病学研究生培养模式及就业现状,发现皮肤性病学学术型研究生整体生源质量及学生科研参与度较低;专业型研究生临床实践能力有待提高,教学方式单一、匮乏。通过对两种培养模式的对比与思考,可以进一步加强两种模式培养下研究生的基础理论知识和专业实践技能,使皮肤科研究生的素质和能力得到全面提高,不断推进研究生教育的改革,从而使研究生的培养更加规范化、制度化和科学化。Based on the survey of the cultivation mode and employment status of dermatovenereology postgraduates at home and abroad,this paper finds that the overall quality of academic postgraduates in dermatovenereology is not high,and their scientific research participation is not high.Professional postgraduates' clinical practice abilities need to be improved,and their teaching methods are single and lacking.By comparing and reflecting on the two training modes,it is possible to further strengthen the basic theoretical knowledge and professional practical skills of postgraduates under the two modes,comprehensively improve the quality and abilities of dermatology postgraduates,continuously promote the reform of postgraduate education,and ensure that the cultivation of postgraduates is more standardized,institutionalized,and scientific.
