摘  要:本文对酸樱桃果皮原花青素的提取纯化工艺进行了研究。以酸樱桃加工副产物果皮为原料,采用超声提取-椰壳炭吸附法分离纯化原花青素,并以柱后液和洗脱液原花青素浓度为指标,考察吸附过程中椰壳炭的目数、上样浓度、上样流速以及解析过程中洗脱乙醇浓度、洗脱速度等影响因素。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为以50~70目椰壳炭进行吸附,上样浓度8mg·mL^(-1),上样速度3BV·h^(-1),以70%乙醇进行洗脱,洗脱速度2 BV·h^(-1)。稳定性试验显示,酸樱桃果皮渣粗提物的原花青素含量由6.13%提高至21.22%,且回收率高达83%。The extraction and purification process of procyanidins from Prunus cerasus was studied in this paper.The by-product of Prunus cerasus in processing was used as raw material,and procyanidins were extracted by ultrasound and purified with coconut shell charcoal.With the concentration of procyanidins in effluent and eluent as evaluating indicator,the influencing factors were investigated,including charcoal’s particle size,sample concentration,sample flow rate during absorption as well as ethanol concentration and elution flow rate.The results showed that the optimal process conditions were adsorption with 50~70 mesh of coconut shell charcoal was used,with the sample concentration of 8 mg·mL^(-1) and sample rate of 3 BV·h^(-1),and eluted by 70%ethanol at the rate of 2 BV·h^(-1).Stability study indicates that purity of procyanidins in Prunus cerasus crude extract increased from 6.13%to 21.22%,with the recovery rate of 83%.
