摘 要:目的分析网络互动平台联合元认知策略在介入护理教学中的应用效果。方法2021年1—12月随机选取南昌大学第二附属医院心脏介入室规范化培训护生30名,实施传统一对一带教模式,将其设为对照组,另于2022年1—12月选取介入室规范化培训护生30名,实施网络互动平台联合元认知策略带教模式,将其设为观察组,对比两组带教效果。结果观察组考核评分及综合能力评分、批判性思维评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护生的带教满意度得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),护士长对观察组护生工作的满意度为93.33%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。结论在介入护理教学中应用网络互动平台联合元认知策略,有助于提高护生关于护理理论的掌握程度,提高护生对带教工作的满意度。Objective To analyze the application and effectiveness of a network interactive platform combined with metacognitive strategy in interventional nursing teaching.Methods In this study,30 nursing students undergoing standardized training in the cardiac intervention room of the Second Affiliated Hospital,Nanchang University,were randomly selected as the control and received traditional one-to-one teaching from January to December 2021.Another 30 nursing students undergoing standardized training in the intervention room were selected as the observation group and received teaching mode using a network interactive platform combined with metacognitive strategy from January to December 2022.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group exhibited significantly higher scores in assessment,comprehensive ability and critical thinking compared to the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the score of satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of head nurses with the performances of the nurses in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(93.33%vs.73.33%,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of a network interactive platform combined with metacognitive strategy in interventional nursing teaching contributes to improving nursing students’understanding of nursing theory and their satisfaction with teaching.
