教师对数字资源的接受意愿与影响因素研究——基于473位在线国际中文教师的调查分析

摘　　要：数字资源是教育信息化发展的重要产物,也是开展在线教学的基础条件。探究教师对数字资源的接受意愿,有助于发现资源建设与应用过程中存在的问题,明确资源建设的改进方向,提升在线教学效果。文章基于技术接受模型和期望确认理论,对473位国际中文教师进行了问卷调查,围绕数字资源接受过程中的五个关键因素,即感知易用性、感知有用性、自主使用意识、使用满意度和持续使用意愿,构建在线中文教师数字资源接受模型。研究发现:在线中文教师对数字资源的整体接受意愿良好;在线中文教师数字资源接受机制基本形成;在线中文教师已具备较高的自主使用意识;教龄、任教身份、任教国家和数字教学环境是影响数字资源接受的重要因素。Digital resources are the essential product of education informatization and the critical premise of conducting online teaching practices.Exploring teachers'willingness to accept digital resources can help identify the existing problems with resource creation and application,clarify the improvement direction of resource construction,and enhance the effectiveness of online instruction.Based on the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM)and Expectation Confirmation Theory(ECT),this paper constructed an acceptance model of digital resources among 473 online Chinese-as-a-foreign-language(CFL)teachers that involved five key factors:perceived ease of use,perceived usefulness,voluntary usage awareness,satisfactory towards using,and continuance intention.The results revealed that the overall acceptance of digital resources among online CFL teachers is favorable;the acceptance mechanism of digital resources for online CFL teachers has basically formed;online CFL teachers have a high awareness of voluntary usage;the willingness of online CFL teachers to accept digital resources is significantly influenced by their teaching experience,identity,the countries in which they are based,and the digital teaching environment.
