男性定向师范生专业认同何以提升——基于一位学前教育专业男生的叙事研究  

How to Improve the Professional Identity of Male Orientation Normal Students——Based on a Narrative Study of a Boy Majoring in Preschool Education

摘  要:在女性主导的学前教育生态中,提升男性定向师范生专业认同是构建良好样态的应有之义。运用叙事研究方法,描述一位学前教育专业男性定向师范生小G专业认同的故事,从专业认知、专业行为、专业情感及职业选择四个维度,勾勒出一幅灰色、蓝色、绿色和红色交织的复杂图景,借此探索影响其专业认同的多维因素。研究发现,政府投入、学校支持、社会环境、自身发展分别作为画板、画纸、橡皮和画笔影响小G的专业认同之画。建议有效运用“加、减、乘、除”法,解码学前教育专业男性定向师范生专业认同的提升策略:发挥师资力量多“加法”,激发专业认同;理性安排课程想“减法”,巩固专业认同;积极宣传保障用“乘法”,增强专业认同;缓解情绪压力靠“除法”,提升专业认同。In the preschool education ecology dominated by women,it is the proper meaning to improve the professional identity of male orientation normal students to promote the professional identity.By using narrative research method,this research describes the story of professional identity of Xiao G,a male orientation normal student majoring in preschool education,and outlines a complex picture of gray,blue,green and red from four dimensions of professional cognition,professional behavior,professional emotion and career choice,so as to explore the multidimensional factors that affect the professional identity.It is found that government input,school support,social environment,and self-development respectively affect Xiao G's professional identity paintings as drawing board,drawing paper,eraser,and brush.On this basis,It is recommended to effectively use"addition,subtraction,multiplication and division"to decode the promotion strategy of professional identity of male orientation normal students majoring in preschool education:giving full play to teachers'more"addition"to stimulate professional identity;reasonably arranging courses to"substruction"and consolidate professional identity;actively publicize and guarantee the use of"multiplication"to enhance professional identity;relieve emotional pressure by"division"and improve professional identity.
