摘 要:本研究借鉴“比比和朋友”同伴交往课程内容框架,采用干预网络整体、干预小群体和干预个体三种路径设计干预活动,对实验组32名流动幼儿和对照组28名流动幼儿进行同伴关系网络干预研究。结果发现实验组的被忽视型流动幼儿比例低于对照组,同伴关系网络联结数量和关系凝聚力指数、强连带关系数量、个体中心度数值以及小群体接纳水平均显著高于对照组。实验组前后测数据显示,后测被忽视型流动幼儿占比低于前测,后测同伴关系网络联结数量和关系凝聚力指数、个体中心度数值、强连带关系数量以及小群体接纳水平显著高于前测,而对照组前后测在这5方面没有显著变化。这说明干预活动方案有助于流动幼儿同伴关系网络的改善,可为幼儿园教师开展流动幼儿同伴交往指导提供有益借鉴和启发。Based on the framework of the course “Zippy's Friends”,this study designed intervention activities through three approaches:intervention in the whole,intervention in small groups,and intervention in individuals,and conducted a peer relationship intervention study with 32 migrant preschool children in an experimental group and 28 migrant preschool children in a control group.The results showed that the proportion of neglected migrant preschool children in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group.In addition,the experimental group's number of peer network connections,relational cohesion index,number of strong ties,the value of individual centrality,and the acceptance level of small groups were significantly higher than those in the control group.The data of the experimental group showed that the proportion of neglected migrant preschool children in the post-test was lower than in the pre-test.And it was found that,in the post-test of the experimental group,the number of peer relationship network connections,the relational cohesion index,the value of individual centrality,the number of strong ties,and the acceptance level of small groups were significantly higher than in the pre-test,while there was no significant change in these five aspects in the control group.The results showed that the intervention program was effective at improving migrant preschool children's peer relationships.It can provide helpful references and inspiration for kindergarten teachers to guide migrant preschool children's peer communication.
