“新文科”背景下金融类课程混合教学模式的探索与实践——以“公司金融学”为例

摘　　要：新文科建设要以培养拔尖人才为目标,推进学科交叉,拓宽学生的视野,培养学生的创新与创造能力。以“公司金融学”课程为例,基于“以学生为中心,以能力为导向”的培养理念,从课程教学痛点出发,通过教学手段的混合、教学团队的混合以及教学考核的混合来探索金融类课程的混合教学模式,提出全面提升学生的专业能力、创新能力和综合素养的方法和路径。The construction of new liberal arts should aim to cultivate top-notch talents,promote interdisciplinarity,broaden students’horizons and cultivate their innovative and creative abilities.Taking the course“corporate finance”as an example,based on the cultivation concept of“student-centred and competence-oriented”,the study explores the blended teaching model of finance courses by blending teaching methods,teaching teams and teaching assessments from the pain points of the course and proposes the ways and means to enhance students’professional ability,innovation ability and comprehensive quality in a comprehensive manner.
