摘　　要：基于杭叉集团和法国曼尼通公司的合作,借助曼尼通公司成功开展DANTOTSU质量管理活动的经验,为提高杭叉生产过程质量控制能力,为客户提供更优质的产品和服务,在杭叉集团股份有限公司各生产部门和生产型子公司开展群众性的质量管理活动。活动以关注顾客、以人为本和全员参与为基本准则。通过生产过程和客户反馈基础数据的收集、质量数据弱项的分析、弱项的持续改进以及晨会活动的开展、质量门的管控来把牢客户面前的质量关,持续提升产品质量。Based on the cooperation between HANGCHA GROUP and MANITOU France and the successful experience of MANITOU's DANTOTSU quality management activities,public quality management activities are carried out in all production departments and production-based subsidiaries of HANGCHA GROUP to improve the quality control ability of production process and to provide customers with better products and services.The basic principles of the activities are customer focus,people-oriented and full participation.Through the collection of basic data from the production process and customer feedback,the analysis of weaknesses in quality data,the continuous improvement of weaknesses,the organization of morning meetings and the control of quality gate,the quality in front of customers is controlled firmly,and the quality of products is continuously improved.
