论索萨的理智德性  

On Sosa's intellectual virtue

摘　　要：索萨德性可靠论归于德性知识论,主张知识是出自理智德性的真信念,理智德性是使认知者获得真信念的认知倾向或能力。从内涵上看,索萨将理智德性视为认知主体处于某一环境时的一种相对稳定的倾向,抑或认知主体自身的、能够产生某种功能的能力;从性质上看,理智德性是一种目的论式的、广义的德性见解,存在环境、命题范畴等限定条件;从类型上看,理智德性可分为传递式能力和生产式能力以及基础德性和衍生德性。对索萨理智德性基本概念的阐述也能引发更深层次的思考,诸如知识与理智德性的关系、理智德性是先天亦或后天问题、理智德性是否完善等问题随即出现。梳理索萨的理智德性,不仅可以使索萨德性可靠论的意蕴更加深厚,而且对于人类认知体系的构建大有裨益。Sosa's virtue reliabilism,a faction of the theory of knowledge of virtue,holds that knowledge is the true belief of intellectual virtue,which is the cognitive tendency or ability that enables the cognitive to obtain the true belief.From the perspective of connotation,Sosa regarded rational virtue as a relatively stable tendency of the cognitive subject in a certain environment,or the ability of the cognitive subject to produce certain functions.In nature,intellectual virtue is a teleological and broad view of virtue,which is limited by the environment and propositional category.In terms of type,intellectual virtue can be divided into transmission ability and production ability,and basic virtue and derived virtue.Sosa's explanation of the basic concept of intellectual virtue can also trigger deeper thinking,such as the relationship between knowledge and intellectual virtue,whether intellectual virtue is innate or acquired and whether intellectual virtue is perfect.Combing Sosa's intellectual virtue can not only deepen the implication of Sosa's virtue reliabilism,but also benefit the construction of human cognitive systems.
