摘 要:目的:建立快速测定多种维生素片中维生素K2含量的分析方法。方法:样品使用美国Waters公司高效液相色谱仪检测,C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)分离,流动相为甲醇,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1)。结果:维生素K2保留时间约为54 min,在1.25~10.00μg·m L^(-1)线性关系良好,相关系数为0.998 2。重复性实验相对标准偏差为1.69%,50%加标回收率为92.21%~100.22%,检出限为0.06μg·g^(-1),定量限为0.20μg·g^(-1)。结论:该方法准确度和精密度良好,灵敏度高,分离度好,可为多种维生素片中维生素K2的检测研究提供参考。Objective:To establish an analytical method for the rapid determination of vitamin K_(2) content in multivitamin tablets.Method:Samples were detected using a US Waters HPLC chromatograph,separated with a C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),mobile phase in methanol at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^(-1).Result:Vitamin K_(2) retention time was about 54 min,with a good linear relationship in the concentration 1.25~10.00μg·mL^(-1) range,the correlation coefficient was 0.9982.The relative standard deviation of the repeatability experiments was 1.69%,and the 50%spiking recovery was 92.21%~100.22%.The limit of detection was 0.06μg·g^(-1) and the limit of quantification was 0.20μg·g^(-1).Conclusion:This method has good accuracy and precision,high sensitivity and good separation degree,which can provide a reference for the detection of vitamin K_(2) in various vitamin tablets.
