摘 要:为减少检测误差,提高大米粉中总汞测定的准确度,本文对原子荧光法测定大米粉中总汞含量的实验条件进行优化,并进行方法学评价。结果表明,汞元素标准溶液的荧光强度随着溶液硝酸浓度的增加逐步增强;6 mL浓硝酸完全消化0.4 g大米粉并定容,样品溶液的硝酸浓度为2.86~2.88 mol·L^(-1),标准溶液的硝酸浓度与样品溶液的硝酸浓度保持一致,大米粉质控样品中总汞的检测结果符合标准值,加标回收率为95.5%~108.0%,方法的灵敏度、准确性能满足大米粉中总汞的监测要求。In order to reduce the detection error and improve the accuracy of the determination of total mercury in rice flour,this paper optimizes the experimental conditions for the determination of total mercury in rice flour by atomic fluorescence method and carries out methodological evaluation.The results showed that the fluorescence intensity of the elemental mercury standard solution was gradually enhanced with the increase of the nitric acid concentration of the solution;6 mL of concentrated nitric acid completely digested 0.4 g of rice flour and was fixed in volume,and the nitric acid concentration of the sample solution was 2.86~2.88 mol·L^(-1),and the nitric acid concentration of the standard solution was kept in the same level with the nitric acid concentration of the sample solution,and the results of the detection of the total mercury in the quality control samples of rice flour were in accordance with the standard values,and the spiked recoveries were 95.5%~108.0%,and the sensitivity and accuracy of the method can meet the requirements for the monitoring of total mercury in rice flour.
