摘 要:目的:了解烟台苹果中农药残留水平及潜在安全风险,为生产和监管提供科学依据。方法:采用随机采样方法,于2019—2020年共采集苹果样品479份,进行33种农药残留的检测。结果:烟台苹果农药残留总体检出率为50.52%,依据《食品安全国家标准食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763—2021)判定,无超标样品。共检出7种农药残留,检出率较高的是多菌灵(46.35%)和甲基硫菌灵(12.11%)。2019年和2020年农药残留检出率分别为50.63%和50.41%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.002,P> 0.05)。种植环节和流通环节农药残留检出率分别为51.94%和41.79%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.375,P> 0.05)。结论:烟台苹果中农药残留虽有检出,但残留水平较低,总体处于安全水平。Objective:To understand the levels of pesticide residues and potential safety risks in apples of Yantai city,and obtain scientific basis for production and market surveillance.Method:A total of 479 apple samples were acquired using random sampling method from 2019 to 2020,and 33 kinds of pesticide residues were detected.Result:The total detection rate of pesticide residues in apple of Yantai city was 50.52%,which did not exceed the standard of GB 2763—2021.Seven pesticide residues had been detected,and carbendazim(46.35%)and thiophanate-methyl(12.11%)had a higher detection rate among them.The detection rate of pesticide residue was 50.63%in 2019 and 50.41%in 2020,which has no statistical significance(χ^(2)=0.002,P>0.05).The detection rate of pesticide residue was 51.94%in planting link and 41.79%in circulation link,which has no statistical significance(χ^(2)=2.375,P>0.05).Conclusion:Although pesticide residues in apple are detected in Yantai city,the residues level is low and safe.
