摘 要:企业文化作为一种精神力量,是企业在长期生产经营中形成的价值观、经营理念、管理模式、行为规范、发展目标等,是企业的灵魂和核心。它为企业全体员工所认同,并内化为一种自觉行为。随着企业的发展,企业文化宣传工作发挥的作用越来越重要,其不仅能提高员工的工作积极性,还能进一步加强员工之间的凝聚力和向心力。但是在企业文化宣传工作中还存在着许多问题,例如:企业文化宣传内容不够丰富、形式单一等。因此,在新时代背景下,要充分发挥出企业文化宣传工作的作用,促进企业更好地发展。该文主要提出了企业文化宣传工作的作用与措施。As a spiritual force,corporate culture is the value,business philosophy,management mode,behavior norm,development goals,etc.formed by the enterprise in the long-term production and operation,and is the soul and core of the enterprise.It is recognized by all employees of the enterprise and internalized as a conscious behavior.With the development of enterprises,corporate culture publicity plays an increasingly important role,which can not only improve the enthusiasm of employees,but also further strengthen the cohesion and centripetal force between employees.However,there are still many problems in the corporate culture publicity work,such as:the corporate culture publicity content is not rich enough,the form is single,etc.Therefore,in the context of the new era,it is necessary to give full play to the role of corporate culture publicity work and promote the better development of enterprises.This paper mainly puts forward the role and measures of corporate culture publicity.
