摘  要:目的探讨在内科学教学过程中应用角色互换教学法的教学效果。方法在同一班级的不同章节,分别采用传统授课教学法、角色互换教学法,用课前课后随堂测验和问卷调查的方式进行评价。结果和传统授课法相比,课前、课后测试成绩的平均分相比,观察组高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);观察组的课前、课后≥80分的人数高于对照组,但差异无显著性(P>0.05);各小组间授课效果差异无显著性;课后有78.1%的学生愿意继续选择互动教学方式。结论角色互换教学法可以达到和超过传统教学方式的教学效果;在内科学教学中具有明显优势,为医学教学改革提供新的思路,但在教学设计中要做好合理的时间规划。Objective To explore the application effect of teaching effect of“role exchange”in the teaching of internal medicine.Methods In different chapters of the same class,the traditional teaching method and role exchange teaching method were used respectively,and the evaluation was conducted by means of pre-class and post-class tests and questionnaires.Results Compared with the traditional teaching method,the average scores of the test scores before and after class in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);The number of students in the observation group with scores≥80 before and after class was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in teaching effect among the groups;After class,78.1%of the students were willing to continue to choose“role exchange”teaching methods.Conclusions The mode of“role exchange”can achieve and surpass the traditional teaching method;It has obvious advantages in the teaching of internal medicine and provides new ideas for the reform of medical teaching,but it is necessary to make a reasonable time planning in the teaching design.
