摘  要:随着互联网时代到来,催生出了以零工经济为代表的新就业形态,这从根本上改变了传统的雇佣关系。依托数字平台快速发展、打破传统用工模式的零工经济已成为灵活就业的“助推器”和全民就业的“蓄水池”。本文将零工经济用工模式划分为程序匹配式、兼职按需式、众包协作式、自由独立式四种类型,其具有雇佣自由化、薪酬灵活化、工作碎片化、管理平台化、劳动技能化等基本特征。在此基础上,指出零工经济用工模式存在零工招聘方式有待规范、忠诚度有待提升、职业培训体系有待完善、福利保障体系有待完善等不足。最后,本文从人力资源的“选”“用”“育”“留”角度提出适应零工经济用工模式的管理优化对策。With the advent of the Internet era,a new form of employment represented by the gig economy has emerged,fundamentally changing traditional employment relationships.The gig economy,which relies on digital platforms for rapid development,has broken the traditional employment patterns,and becomes a“booster”for flexible employment and a“reservoir” for universal employment.This paper divides the employment model of gig e-conomy into four types:the program matching,the part-time on demand,the crowd sourcing and collaboration,as well as the free and independent type.It pointed out that the model has the basic characteristics of at-will employment,flexible payment,work fragmentation,management platformization,and labor technicalization.More-over,it pointed out that there is still room for improvement in the employment model of gig economy:standard-izing the recruitment method,improving loyalty,refining the vocational training system as well as the welfare guarantee system.Finally,this paper proposes the management optimization strategies adaptable to the employment mode of the gig economy from the perspective of“selection”“utilization”“education”and“retention” of human resources.
