摘 要:聚焦“互联网+教育”背景下城市小学教师专业发展,帮助城市小学教师在调试顺应中不断调整教学行为,自主寻求专业水平提升,以期为提高小学教育质量提供助力是本研究的旨归。研究发现,样本城市小学教师在专业发展方面取得了一定成效:学校重视信息技术资源配备和教师培训;教师初步建立利用信息技术促进专业发展的意识和理念;教师具有利用互联网施教的理念,具备一定的信息技术知识和技能基础;教师通过培训学习+主动自学不断提升信息技术教育教学水平。同时,样本城市小学教师在专业发展方面也存在一定的问题:教师利用信息技术促进专业发展意识薄弱、专业发展理念亟待更新;教师信息技术素养水平低,利用信息技术工具的数量有限、途径单一;学校信息技术资源条件有待优化;教学过程重视信息技术形式的多样性与丰富性,忽视实际效果;教师利用信息技术执教理念存在偏差。This study focuses on the professional development of urban elementary school teachers in the context of“Internet+education”and helps urban elementary school teachers to adjust their teaching and seek professional improvement on their own to improve the quality of elementary school education.It found that the teachers in the sample urban elementary school had achieved certain results in terms of professional development:schools attached importance to IT resources and teacher training;teachers established the awareness and concept of using IT to promote professional development;teachers had the concept of using the Internet to teach and had a certain foundation of IT knowledge and skills;and teachers improved their IT education and teaching level through training and learning+active self-learning.There are also problems in their professional development:teachers’awareness of using IT for professional development is weak;the concept of professional development needs to be updated;teachers’IT literacy level is low;the number of using IT tools is limited;the conditions of school IT resources need to be optimized;the teaching pays attention to IT attaching importance to the diversity and richness of IT but neglects the actual effect;teachers have deviations in the concept of using IT for teaching.
