摘　　要：研究应用PLC技术的舰船燃气轮机转速控制方法,提升转速控制稳定性。通过PLC与电液转换器、油动机、转速传感器等组成转速控制单元,处理脉冲信号并输出转速控制信号以调节汽阀开度,从而控制燃气轮机转速。同时,该方法采用PLC与触摸屏组成监视单元,实现对燃气轮机转速的监控和管理;采用PLC与安全阀、危急遮断器、报警装置组成运行保护单元,在出现转速故障时及时发出声光警报,并通过PLC传输停机信号以关闭主汽阀与调节汽阀,确保安全运行。实验证明:该方法可有效控制舰船燃气轮机转速;负载突降时,该方法依旧可有效控制燃气轮机转速,且超调量较小,控制速度较快。Research the speed control method of ship gas turbines using PLC technology to improve the stability of speed control.The speed control unit is composed of PLC,electro-hydraulic converter,hydraulic motor,speed sensor,etc.,which processes pulse signals and outputs speed control signals to adjust the opening of the steam valve,thereby controlling the speed of the gas turbine.At the same time,this method also uses a monitoring unit composed of PLC and touch screen to achieve monitoring and management of gas turbine speed;And the operation protection unit is composed of PLC,safety valve,emergency governor,and alarm device.In case of speed failure,a sound and light alarm is issued in a timely manner,and the shutdown signal is transmitted through PLC to close the main steam valve and regulating steam valve,ensuring safe operation.The experiment proves that this method can effectively control the speed of ship gas turbines;When the load suddenly drops,this method can still effectively control the speed of the gas turbine,and the overshoot is small,and the control speed is fast.
