摘 要:中医经典是中医理论和临床的精华所在,但是由于中医经典具有内容枯燥,晦涩难懂的特点,导致传统授课模式限制了人才培养的深度和广度,给学生的学习带来了很大的困难,导致学生学不懂经典、学不透经典,对各种辨证方法掌握不好,临床上治疗时不能辨对证。情境性更是中医学诊断和治疗疾病的重要特点之一,如果将情景剧引入到经典教学中,教师指导学生自编、自导、自演经典知识,不仅可以增加学习的趣味性,激发学生的学习热情,加深对知识的理解,强化记忆,提升临证运用能力,而且还可以增强学生的团队合作能力并增加其作为医者的使命感和责任感。TCM classics are the essence of TCM theory and clinical practice.However,due to the boring and obscure contents of TCM classics,the traditional teaching mode limits the depth and breadth of talent cultivation,and brings great difficulties to students'learning.As a result,students cannot understand and grasp the classics,master various syndrome differentiation methods,and distinguish the syndrome in clinical treatment.Situationality is one of the important characteristics of TCM diagnosis and treatment of diseases.If sitcom is introduced into TCM classics teaching and teachers guide students to compose,direct and perform TCM classics knowledge by themselves,it can not only increase the interest of learning,stimulate students'learning enthusiasm,deepen their understanding of knowledge,strengthen their memory,and improve their clinical application ability,but also enhance students′teamwork ability and increase their sense of mission and responsibility as doctors.
