摘  要:激光发射装置是掘进机激光导航的主要部件。针对运动副间隙的存在对激光发射装置运动过程中所发射十字激光的精度的影响,通过弹簧优化法提高所发射十字激光的精度,完成误差补偿。首先通过ADAMS仿真模拟激光发射装置由于激光旋转头转动不平衡而产生的激光误差,并得到各个关节处的运动副间隙分布情况。然后通过在构件间加装预紧弹簧,在一定程度限制关节处的间隙大小,进而提高激光发射装置十字激光的精度,完成对激光发射装置误差的补偿与激光精度的优化。Laser launcher is the main part of laser navigation for roadheader.The influence of the clearance of the moving pair on the accuracy of the cross laser emitted during the movement of the laser transmitting device is studied,and the accuracy of the cross laser emitted is improved by the spring optimization method to complete the error compensation.Firstly,the laser error caused by the unbalanced rotation of the laser rotating head of the laser transmitting device is simulated by ADAMS,and the gap distribution of the moving pair at each joint is obtained.Then,the preload spring is added between the components to limit the gap at the joint to a certain extent,so as to improve the accuracy of the cross laser of the laser transmitting device and complete the error compensation of the device.
