摘 要:建立了膏霜类、水剂类、凝胶类、油剂、蜡基类化妆品中亚硝胺总量的热能分析仪快速筛查与测定方法。试样以四氢呋喃提取,提取溶液中的亚硝胺被氢溴酸脱去亚硝基,产生的NO用热能分析仪进行检测。结果亚硝胺(以N—NO计)在20~2 000μg/kg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),方法检出限为8μg/kg,最低定量限为20μg/kg。方法回收率平均值为91.4%~96.8%,相对标准偏差(n=6)小于7.5%。该方法操作简便,灵敏,可用于化妆品中亚硝胺总量的快速筛查和测定。A method for rapid screening and determination of total nitrosamines in cream,aqueous,gel,oil and wax based cosmetics was developed by a thermal energy analyzer.The samples were extracted with tetrahydrofuran,and the nitrosamines in the extracted solution were denitrosated by hydrobromic acid.The generated NO was detected by a thermal energy analyzer.The results showed that the linear range of nitrosamines(calculated as N—NO)was good in the range of 20-2000μg/kg(r=0.9999),the detection limit was 8μg/kg,and the limit of quantification was 20μg/kg.The average recovery was in the range of 91.4%-96.8%with the relative standard deviation(n=6)less than 7.5%.The method is simple,sensitive and can be used for the rapid screening and determination of total nitrosamines in cosmetics.
