摘  要:目的基于互联网模式下观察康复指导训练对孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童社会交往及发展功能的效果。方法选取2021年8月至2022年4月就诊于甘肃省康复中心医院儿童康复科4~6岁ASD儿童60例。根据随机数表法分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30),对照组给予家庭早期干预康复,观察组基于对照组的基础上配合互联网模式下康复指导,3个月为1个观察周期,共2个观察周期(6个月)。采用儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)、社交反应量表(SRS)、儿童孤独症及相关发育障碍心理教育评定量表(C-PEP-3)测评,对ASD儿童进行康复前,康复3、6个月后评估。结果康复3、6个月后,两组ASD儿童CARS、SRS评分均较康复前低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);康复3、6个月后,两组ASD儿童C-PEP-3评分均较康复前高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论互联网模式下康复指导联合家庭早期干预康复,能够改善ASD儿童社交反应能力及发展功能,提高其生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation guidance training on functions of social contact and development in children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD)under the Internet mode.Methods A total of 60 children with ASD aged 4-6 years treated at the Department of Pediatric Rehabilitation,Gansu Province Hospital Rehabilitation Center from August 2021 to April 2022 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30).The control group received early family intervention for rehabilitation,while the observation group received rehabilitation guidance under the Internet mode based on the treatment in the control group.A 3-month observation period was used,with a total of 2 observation periods(6 months).Children with ASD were evaluated using the childhood autism rating scale(CARS),social responsiveness scale(SRS),and C-PEP-3 before rehabilitation and 3 and 6 months after rehabilitation.Results 3 and 6 months after rehabilitation,the CARS and SRS scores of children with ASD in the two groups were lower than those before rehabilitation,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);3 and 6 months after rehabilitation,the C-PEP-3 scores of children with ASD in both groups were higher than those before rehabilitation,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of rehabilitation guidance under the Internet model and early family intervention for rehabilitation could improve the social response ability and development function of children with ASD,and improve their quality of life.
